Kanye West Writes About ‘Going To War’ In Deleted Post, Tells His Daughter North: ‘If I’m Murdered, Don’t Let White Media Tell You I Wasn’t A Good Man’
Amid feud with record labels, Kanye West made a tweet addressing his daughter North West, telling her that he is going to war and is putting his life on the line. The tweet has now been deleted.
Over the last few days, rapper Kanye West has been involved in a feud with record labels, over the rights to his original records, or ‘masters’. He took to his Twitter to speak up against making artists sign away rights and also posted countless pages of his contracts with music labels, calling the music industry as ‘modern-day slavery’. Since then, Kanye has made numerous tweets about the same, calling out the malpractices. He wrote that the artist deserves to own their masters and that they are starving, without tours amid Coronavirus pandemic. Now, in a tweet addressing his daughter North West, he told her that he is going to war.
Kanye had earlier tweeted, “Ima go get our masters ... for all artist ... pray for me.” Now, he recently made a tweet, addressing it to his daughter North West; however it has now been deleted. In the tweet, he wrote that if he is putting his life on the line and that if he is murdered, he urged not to let ‘white media’ tell her he was a bad man. He also asked her to remember that he loves her, and mentioned about people threatening to take North out of his life.
His now-deleted tweet read, “ NORTHY I AM GOING TO WAR AND PUTTING MY LIFE ON THE LINE AND IF I AM MURDERED DON’T EVER LET WHITE MEDIA TELL YOU I WASNT A GOOD MAN...WHEN PEOPLE THREATEN TO TAKE YOU OUT OF MY LIFE JUST KNOW I LOVE YOU.” Take a look:
