Kim Kardashian Celebrates 40th Birthday With Her Inner Circle At A Private Island; Says: 'We Could Pretend Things Were Normal Just For A Brief Moment'

Kim Kardashian clocked in on her 40th birthday on October 21 but her celebration was not like what we have been seeing amidst the Coronavirus pandemic, it was quite opposite. She had the most happening, exclusive and extravagant 40th party that one can only imagine. After Kim Kardashian ringed in her 40th birthday a few days ago, she celebrated this milestone by throwing a lavish party for her friends and family at a private island. After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, she and her closest inner circle headed to the private island where they could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time. The TV reality star recently took to her Instagram account and shared a series of photos from the celebration which looks simply amazing.
The people we saw in attendees were Kim's sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, her brother Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, mother Kris Jenner, Kourt's ex-flame Scott Disick, and Khloe's ex-Tristan Thompson were also seen there. Other members that also made it to the celebration were La La Anthony, Devin Booker and more. While sharing these pictures, Kim said that she is feeling humbled and blessed at the age of 40. She even mentioned that she couldn't think of a better way to celebrate this special day with special people. Her note read, "40 and feeling so humbled and blessed. There is not a single day that I take for granted, especially during these times when we are all reminded of the things that truly matter."
"For my birthday this year, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than with some of the people who have helped shaped me into the woman I am today. Before COVID, I don’t think any of us truly appreciated what a simple luxury it was to be able to travel and be together with family and friends in a safe environment. After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time," her note further read.
She even mentioned what she did with her inner circle at the private island, "We danced, rode bikes, swam near whales, kayaked, watched a movie on the beach and so much more.
