Kim Kardashian has landed up in trouble once again, thanks to her Instagram account, and is surely getting sued for a mammoth amount. According to reports in TMZ, photographer Saeed Bolden has filed a lawsuit against the beauty mogul for stealing a picture he clicked and used it on her Instagram account. Kim is being sued for a picture from the Nas’ album release party held back in 2018 where she was seen having a romantic moment with hubby Kanye West. As the picture shared by Kim got over 2.2 million likes on her Instagram, Bolden claims the beauty mogul used the picture that is owned by him without seeking permission from him. In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the photographer has mentioned that he never gave Kim Kardashian permission to use his professional picture on her Instagram, and also explained that she never even paid him for the picture.
Needless to say, with Saeed Bolden having already filed a lawsuit against the aspiring criminal lawyer, the photographer seems to have all the intention to gain some amount of profit from the beauty mogul.
Meanwhile, according to the report, Saeed has not mentioned how much he is suing Kim for but is also supposedly suing her shapewear brand SKIMS for using a similar picture on their Instagram as well.
