More than anything Kim Kardashian has always been in news for her shape. Only recently, the American TV star had showed off her walk-in refrigerators. Since then his fans have been curious to know what Kim eats to maintain that perfect body. Kim has always boasted about her ‘plant-based diet’ and fans have been curious to know what all it includes. Now to answer all her fans' queries, Kim conducted a Q&A on Twitter and gave them an insight into what all she eats in her plant-based diet.
In her Q&A, the reality star opened up about her diet and said that she loves everything from sea moss smoothies to Cheetos. Not only this, she also revealed her daughter North’s diet too. When a fans asked her if she would ever go vegan, Kim replied saying, “I eat mostly plant based. No meat anymore” When asked about what’s her favourite cheat meal she said, “Eggos I guess or Top Ramen. But really that’s just at home. When asked about the go-to drink she said, “Small size soy chai latte or smallest size white chocolate mocha with whipped cream. They have to be the smallest size or they don’t taste the same to me” Spilling the beans on her and North's fave breakfast, Kim wrote, “Oatmeal and vegan sausage for breakfast, vegan tacos are my fave for lunch! Salads are good too!”
Kim also revealed that her six-year-old daughter North ‘is a pescatarian,’ which means she eats no meat but eats fish, in addition to her plant based lifestyle.
