Keeping Up With The Kardashian star Kim Kardashian is not only a sizzling hot diva but also a budding law student and guess now we know why she is also called legally blonde (reference- checkout her latest Instagram post) Well, according to the latest reports, the actress has sued a makeup app. Reason? Because they have used her photo without her permission. Guess, no one messes with Kim Kardashian who is soon going to be a lawyer. The ‘legally blonde’ lady has put her legal knowledge to test by suing the makeup app, iHandy. Okay, so we are definitely not downloading this app now.
That’s not it, Kim has charged over $14 million for “unauthorised use and fraudulent commercial exploitation of Kim Kardashian West’s photograph and worldwide instantly recognisable persona.” Kim also claimed that the makeup app altered her appearance with digital makeup. According to TMZ, the lawsuit claims that iHandy’s said they did not know the photo was of Kim.
However, Kim’s legal team thinks this is absurd as she is one of the most famous and recognisable women in the world. On the work front, Kim Kardashian West and Jennifer Lopez are collaborating for their first big acting gig. Kardashian confirmed this while talking to E! News host Jason Kennedy and also mentioned that it is her first big acting gig with JLo!
Meanwhile, Kim recently got her kids baptized in Armenia and also got her and her kids’ names changed there in the ceremony. Kardashian is a mother of four kids with her hubby Kanye West, namely, Psalm West, North West, Chicago West, Saint West. She also hosts Keeping Up With The Kardashians which is one of the most-viewed shows in Hollywood.
