Eat Pray Love actress Julia Roberts seems to be missing all the fun that happens at Met Gala every year. The fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York sees the best of fashion everywhere with the biggest names of Hollywood sashaying the red carpet like there's no tomorrow. Thanks to the outbreak of Coronavirus, Met Gala 2020 is not happening. But hey, that hasn't stopped Julia Roberts from dressing up and posing for the camera.
Julia Roberts recently took to her Instagram to post a picture that seems to have clicked in her bathroom. The My Best Friends Wedding actress can be seen dressed is a beautiful tube black and white ball gown, while she is posing by the window of the room. We can also see the bathroom filled with bubbles while she has a drink in her end. The set up looks very pretty and serene and so does Julia Roberts.
In the caption, the actress has spoken about the Met Ball and also asked her fans to stay home and stay safe. Her caption read, "Here’s me...not going to the Met Ball tonight. #stayhome #yesyoustillhavetostayhome." Julia's good friend Jennifer Aniston has liked the picture.
Met Gala 2020 was supposed to take place on May 4 and May 5, however, the event has been postponed indefinitely. Last year, we had Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone representing India at the prestigious fundraiser. And of course, there was Priyanka Chopra along with her hubby Nick Jonas.
