Miley Cyrus' love life has always been a hot topic of discussion. From her split with Liam Hemsworth to her romance with Kaitlynn Carter soon after, everything made it to the headlines. After Kaitlynn, she found love in her best friend Cody Simpson. The two did not shy away from showing off their love in public and their hot social media PDA kept everyone hooked. Cody Simpson took really good care of Miley when she was hospitalised for her surgery. But, now, reports suggest that they have split.

As per a report in TMZ, a source has informed the portal that they split up in the last few weeks. Though, it is unclear as to what led to their breakup. Miley and Cody started in October 2019 and have been going strong since then. Recently, Cody had put up a story on Instagram saying, "In love with my best friend."

When the reports of their affair came in, Cody's manager Matt Zeidman had told PEOPLE, “It is early, but their friendship is long-standing and deeper than people realize. Though they originally met during their own wilder phases, they’re both sober now and are focused on health, work and spending time together. Seems pretty ideal to me."

In fact, of late, reports had it that Miley is open to the idea of getting married, however, there's no pressure on the couple. It was being reported that Cody is not in the mood to rush and go down on his knees to propose to Miley. Even amidst the lockdown, they had stepped out as a couple to grab a cup of coffee.
