NBA star Tristan Thompson issued a public apology to his ex- Khloe Kardashian, after a paternity test confirmed he is a father of a baby boy with model Maralee Nichols. He penned on his INSTA Stories, “Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both privately and publicly.”
This was followed by the NBA player apologizing to his ex-Khloe Kardashian, with whom he shares daughter True Thompson. He mentioned in his INSTA Stories that she doesn’t deserve the ways she was treated and humiliated for his actions. His INSTA Stories read, “Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you,” he wrote. “You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry.”

Before the paternity test Tristan remained in denial of being a father to Maralee Nichols’ child, but later agreed to it. The model as reported in Page Six, stated this confession was made after a lawsuit was filed by Maralee claiming they got physical on her 30th birthday in March, which got her pregnant.
