American singer and songwriter Madonna has charmed the world with her songs and music. The talented artist has been winning hearts for years and people do not miss any chance to attend her concerts. With Madonna on her Madame X Tour recently, the public attending the concerts have been facing major issues with the singer coming late on stage. During her concert in Las Vegas recently, Madonna mentioned to her fans how they need to understand that the queen is never late. Upset with the singer being late and the change in the Miami concert timing, a man from Florida has filed a lawsuit against the singer and suing the singer for being late for her concert.
Nate Hollander a man from Miami, Florida brought passes to the Madonna concert happening on December 17 at the Fillmore Miami Beach. According to a report in TMZ, Nate Hollander filed litigation against Madonna on Monday. The lawsuit has been filed in Miami-Dade County Court against Madonna and Live Nation who changed the timings of the concert. The lawsuit claims that the concert was scheduled to start at 8:30 p.m, but on October 23, Madonna and Live Nation changed the time for the Miami show and many others to 10:30 p.m. The people who don’t want to attend the concert at the late hour have been offered a refund according to Hollander’s claims. With Nate Hollander purchasing the three passes for Rs. 73, 271.43 for the concert, according to his claim he has made attempts to resell the tickets but due to the change in time, the passes have now suffered a loss of value and explained that reselling them would be equally impossible. As the timings of the concert changed, Hollander alleges in his lawsuit that, he along with other ticket holders have suffered actual and consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of consideration paid and the devaluation of the ticket. Due to the breach of the contract between the singer and the person buying the ticket, Nate Hollander has filed a lawsuit against the singer.
As Hollander is extremely pissed with Madonna tuning up late for concerts, several other fans are enraged with the behavior of the singer coming late for her concert.
