Twilight star Robert Pattinson and Christian Bale's Batman series director Christopher Nolan along with his team were recently spotted at the Mumbai Airport. Though spotting them itself was a big deal but guess it was not for the paparazzi or anyone else as the Hollywood biggies were unrecognised. Christopher and Robert along with the team reached Mumbai around 7:30 am and strangely, no one noticed them apart from one fan.
Well, Engineering student Vikrant Patankar, the only fan who met and clicked pictures with Nolan and his team at the airport shared his experience with Bombay Times. He said, "I tracked a Nolan fan forum online, which led me to a Danish website that had their flight details. I was the only one who landed at the airport, hoping to see them. I waited for an hour, but it was worth it as I not only got an autograph from Nolan, but also clicked pictures with his director of photography Hoyte van Hoytema (Oscar nominee for Dunkirk), and actors Robert Pattinson and John David Washington. Surprisingly, they took the general exit and not the VIP one at 7.40 am. It was strange that no one recognised them, and they walked out without any fuss. The team was polite and obliged for pictures. My day was made." Well, Vikrant made our day too as he shared those photos on social media.
Later on, a few lucky fans got to meet the Hollywood biggies at the hotel where Pattinson and Nolan checked into. Check out these photos below:
The team arrived in Mumbai to shoot his upcoming action thriller, Tenet to shoot for a 15-day schedule. According to the leading portal, the set is under construction which is close to a SOBO five star where the shoot is likely to begin tomorrow. A while ago, a few on-the-sets pictures were leaked online which featured Dimple Kapadia with Nolan. Apart from the names mentioned above, the film also stars Elizabeth Debicki, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Clemence Poesy.
