Ian Somerhalder is one of the most popular television personalities and is famously known for his role as Damon Salvatore in the show Vampire Diaries. The actor is married to Nikki Reed and they have a 2-year-old daughter named Bodhi Soleil. Now, in a recent interview on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, Ian Somerhalder got candid about his first sexual experience. He also revealed that he lost his virginity at a very young age, during his teenage years, when he worked as a teen model.
During the interview, Andy Cohen ashed Ian, “How old were you when you lost your virginity?” Ian replied that he was only 13. Andy then questioned, “To an older girl?” to which Ian confirmed saying that she was 16 years old and told, “It was fun!” The Vampire Diaries star had worked as a teen model between the ages 10 and 13, after which he pursued acting. Ian also said, “When you’re 13 and you’re a boy … boys are pretty on it.” He also mentioned that his brother taught him about all the cool things to say to girls and also said his brother was quite a Casanova. He hilariously admitted that his brother would have girls in his bedroom all the time and Ian would go to the bottom corner of the window and pinch the blinds down for a clear view. He said, “And when he had girls over…I would put on all my (warm) clothes, grab some hot chocolate, and I would watch. And I learned a lot.”
Now, Ian Somerhalder has a two-year-old daughter and he shared that is very scary knowing all this. He said, “All my friends that have sons are like, ‘yeah, you’re going to get a date and you’re going to do this’ and all the dads’ with daughters are like, ‘I will kill these little b**t*rds.'”
In other news, Ian Somerhalder’s latest project is yet another vampire series called V Wars. In the Netflix series, he plays the role of Dr. Luther Swann.
