Brad Pitt has often been in the news for his separation with exes Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie. But, well, the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood star had also dated actress Robin Givens during the initial days of their careers. However, not much information about their affair is available in the public domain. Now, in an exclusive conversation with Hollywood Life, the 54-year-old actress has finally spilt the beans on her experience of dating Brad Pitt, whom she refers to as a wonderful person. It was back in the 1980s that both Robins and Brad, before making their mark in the West, started seeing each other. The actress was quoted as saying, “It’s such a long time ago. He was always such a wonderful person.” Upon being asked about how they met first, Robins said, “It’s so funny. We met in acting class. I was doing Head of the Class. We really both loved acting. He couldn’t get a job.” The actress further revealed how Brad was so excited to finally book his first gig.
Further, call it a coincidence or whatever, but both Brad and Robin again bumped into each other after they got a chance to work in the same show. “We were in acting class and then he was booked on Head of the Class, which is how we met the second time. I was like, ‘Wait, you were just in Tuesday’s acting class.’”
The destiny, though, had some other plans for the two, as Robin soon got married to former boxing champion Mike Tyson. However, that ended soon after Mike, in his 2013 memoir, alleged that he had caught his wife and the heartthrob together in the bed. Robins, on the other hand, denied all such accusations. Soon after, Robin Givens got hitched to tennis instructor Svetozar Marinkovic, but that too couldn’t last for long.
