‘Sushmita Sen Suffered A Heart Attack After Landing In Jaipur,’ Reveals Actress’ Aarya 3 Co-Star Vikas Kumar
Sushmita Sen had taken to her social media handles to share that she had suffered a heart attack in February
Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has been an inspiration for many women out there. From taking charge of her personal and professional life to spreading love and cheer through her social media posts, the actress enjoys a huge fan base that showers her with love. She left her fans in shock when early in March, she had taken to instagram and revealed that she had suffered a heart attack. From then on she has constantly posted health updates and even spoke about the necessity of eating healthy and exercising. Now, her Aarya 3 co-star Vikas Kumar had shed light on what had actually happened.
In an interview with News 18, the actor who plays the role of ACP Khan in the web-series revealed that she had a heart attack after landing in Jaipur to shoot pending scenes from the Ram Madhvani directorial. He explained how the show’s major chunk has been shot. Since the show is based in Rajasthan, the team had flown to Jaipur for some outside scenes. He added, “We landed there, but unfortunately, Sushmita Sen suffered a heart attack. We didn’t know at first about it. He went on to tell the media publication that even Sushmita didn’t know what was happening. She came to know about the heart attack after tests were done, after which she told the world. “That’s how we got to know. We just did one day of shoot and then we realised that we can’t proceed. Sushmita through her social media posts has bursted a lot of myths around heart attack. Not only did she speak about how taking care of her health and doing yoga constantly helped her out, but also advised the younger generation to start taking care of their health. She had gone on to speak about how exercising helped her survive a “massive heart attack, with 95 % blockage in one of my main artery.”
On the work front, Sushmita has Taali, a biopic on the life of transgender social activist Gauri Sawant, and Ram Madhvani’s Aarya 3 in the pipeline.
