When the teaser of Aarya was released where Sushmita Sen was seen flexes her muscles as she means business, we were sure that the lady as something impactful and intense in the store. And as promised, the trailer of Aarya which was released a few moments back is exactly what we have expected. Not only the promises to intriguing but Sushmita Sen’s character will also impress you a lot. She is seen feistier, bolder and stronger in and as Aarya. The series also stars Chandrachur Singh, Namit Das and Sikandar Kher playing key roles.
The trailer starts off showing the sweet romance between husband and wife Chandrachur Singh and Sushmita Sen along with their 2 kids. However, her husband handles an illegal business which Aarya aka Sushmita is not aware of it. However, after knowing the business, she asks for a divorce if he doesn’t leave the business as it is affecting her family. As the trailer progresses, due to sudden change of events, we see her husband was shot and now to keep her family safe and sound and with loads of debts to repay, she decides to get into this mean business and deal with it with her own way.
When her world suddenly turns upside down, will Aarya become the very thing she hated? How far will she go to survive and protect her family? Well, these questions will only be answered on June 19 on Disney + Hotstar. Till then watch the trailer below:
