Netflix drama-mystery AK vs AK, released today on the OTT platform; followed by the digital platform being flooded with reviews. In an exclusive conversation with our host Manish Batavia, the film leads Anil Kapoor and Anurag Kashyap, spilt the beans about some candid deets. The filmmaker revealed during a conversation with SpotboyE that he put all the trolls to use who targeted him on the social media platform. Adding more to it, Anil Kapoor also revealed how Anurag altered dialogues spontaneously during the shoot.
Manish during the conversation mentioned about the poles apart opinion people have about Anurag Kashyap, while some love and some don’t. Replying to which Anurag mentioned he completely took into consideration about the perception and milked it thoroughly. He said, “When you do something like this you are hanging in between whether it should be done or not. The thinking process ends once you decide it is supposed to be done, then you have to go all out.”
He further adds, “When you are playing to the perception we should play all out to the perception, hence, we haven’t spared any troll, even the most vicious trolls we have converted into dialogue and inculcated into the movie.”
Anil Kapoor adding to it, shared that sometimes Anurag used to forget to add it in the dialogue and he used to ask him to improvise it during the shoot. Further asking Mr. India actor to mouth a certain troll taking a dig at him (Anurag Kashyap).
