Amit Sadh suffered back bruises during his rigorous training for upcoming web show titled Zidd. The actor is prepping up for his role as Major Deependra Singh Sengar, Special Forces officer with utmost dedication. Amit will be seen in his upcoming web series Zidd, costarring Amrita Puri.
Amit Sadh has gone through an extensively rigorous regime to gear up for his role as Major Deependra Singh Sengar. The series is inspired by true events and traces the physical and emotional struggle of a war hero left paralyzed waist down after the Kargil war. Amit’s back bruises are a testament of his dedication towards the role.
Talking about prepping for the role, Amit shared, “I have put my heart and soul for this role. It was one of the most extremely challenging characters I’d to play and you will soon see why. I already had a huge respect for our Indian army and soldiers but after going through their fitness regime, I realized what it truly feels like to be a soldier.”

Meanwhile, the show’s trailer was released earlier. It received immense love and support from the audience who are looking forward to watching Amit Sadh acing his new character. Work-wise, Amit Sadh was last seen in the film Shakuntala Devi featuring alongside Vidya Balan and Sanya Malhotra. He also featured in the web series titled Breathe: Into the shadows co-starring Abhishek Bachchan and Nithya Menen.
