Haseen Dillruba Stars Taapsee Pannu And Vikrant Massey Had To ‘Give Up’ Shooting While Filming A Scene; Here’s Why — EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW
Netflix’s film, Haseena Dillruba is all set to hit the streaming platform on July 2. As the mysterious plot is grabbing everyone’s attention, we came to know a little BTS update during the shoot of the film. While talking to SpotboyE’s host Manish Batavia on the Just Binge Sessions about the upcoming film, Haseena Dillruba, actor Taapsee Pannu revealed how ‘stressful’ it had become when they were shooting in Rishikesh.

The actor quipped that she and Vikrant Massey had to ‘give up’ shooting in the middle of the scene as the situation went out of control. Well, it was due to bad weather. As per Taapsee, it was freezing cold when they were shooting that made them cancel the shoot. Watch the video below:

When Manish asked about some fun moments whilst shooting in Rishikesh, recalling the stressful day, Taapsee told us, “Mere liye bada stressful hogaya tha because I was wearing the sarees as if it is summers but it was very cold.” She further continued, “I remember in one sequence where me and Vikrant had to give up because we had to shoot on terrace overnight, and wo Ganga river ke pass tha toh itni zor ki haawayein chal rahi thi and raatko 6 degree temperature tha. So, hum jab wo scene start karne wale the, mene actually Vinil (Mathew) message likhe kaha ki ‘I’m sorry, I’m not sure if I will able to give 100% because physically, me khadi tak nahi ho paa rahi thi, perform karna toh dur ki baat hai.”

The actor then revealed that they had to cancel the shoot and the scene was shot the next day. Even Massey chimed in and said it was so cold that he was wondering if he can even make it alive through the scene.

He said, “People say you guys have a lot of perks while shooting, that is true. I will definitely not deny that but aap thoda iss taraf aake dekhnege toh the amount of hard work that goes in, emotionally jo halat hoti, physically jo halat hoti, wo aap aake dekho toh shayad aapka perspective change hojayega.” ALSO READ: Haseen Dillruba Trailer Review: Taapsee Pannu Enters The Pulp Fiction Universe In This Film
