Joaquin Phoenix Starrer Joker Makes Its Way To The Internet, To Be Released On Amazon Prime Video On April 20
OTT platform Amazon Prime Video set to treat its subscribers with the release of Hollywood flick, Joker on April 20
OTT platform, Amazon Prime Video is on a roll! Following It Chapter Two and sequel Godzilla: King of the Monsters, the digital platform is set to treat its subscribers with an award winning film. We are talking about Joaquin Phoenix starrer Joker. Yes, you read it right! The movie will be made available to the subscribers from April 20 in India. All the credit goes to an amazing deal between production banner Warner Bros. Pictures India and OTT platform.
Just released six months back, this movie picked up highest award for the actor. Joaquin bagged Golden Globe Awards in the best actor category in the year 2020. Also the movie will be available in English language only currently. Earlier to Joker, six other movies from the DC world had made its way to the OTT platform. Such as Shazam, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Suicide Squad, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Man of Steel and are thoroughly entertaining the audience.
Joker released in India on October 2, 2019 and went to win audience’s heart. The movie grossed a big moolah at the box office and also bagged a Globe Globe Award for its best original score for Hildur Guðnadóttir.
Just like it was raved about for its amazing plot and showcasing the origin of the famous iconic onscreen character Joker, it was slammed too.
