The time has come- Thank God (pun intended) the Devil has come back to entertain us. Well, yes, Lucifer Season 5 is now streaming on Netflix. And this piece is to brush up your memory on some key points of Season 4.
Season 4 was broadly based on the hide and seek between Detective Chloe and Lucifer expressing and accepting their love for each other. Also, a major part of it also focussed on how Lucifer fights the evil inside him and spends most of his sessions with his psychiatrist friend Linda, trying to figure out whether it's the evil inside him he needs to worry about or not.

1. In the last episode, Lucifer and Det. Chloe Decker finally express their love for each other and seal the deal with a kiss.
2. Chloe now knows who Lucifer is in his truest form and accepts his reality with an open heart.
3. But for those of you who thought that now Chloe and Lucifer will live happily ever after on Planet Earth, the Season ended with Lucifer returning to Hell as the King, as he wanted to keep the demons from encroaching Earth.
4. Meanwhile, Lucifer's Angel brother, Amenadiel and his wife Linda get blessed with an infant half-baby/half-angel son, Charles.
5. Bounty hunter angel Maze stays back on Earth, all hurt with the sudden departure of her love interest Eve.
