Mirzapur starring Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Vikrant Massey, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Shweta Tripathi, Rasika Dugal, Divyendu Sharmaa, is one of the super-hit web series on Amazon Prime. From the strong and gripping story plot to their powerful dialogues, everything about the season 1 was highly appreciated. Interestingly, the season 1 ended on a high note after a cliffhanger ending and fans were pretty anticipated to know what next Mirzapur 2 will have in the store. Well, as the trailer of the second season of Mirzapur is unveiled today, we are going to take you back in time, to explain the ending scene of the series. In the concluding episode of Mirzapur season 1, Golu (Shweta Tripathi) wins the college election against Munna (Divyendu Sharmaa) and the whole family heads off to Dimpy’s friend’s wedding. On the other hand, Munna is looking for Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Bablu (Vikrant Massey) to kill them.
After Munna gets to know about the brothers' location, he gatecrashes the wedding and kills a pregnant Sweety (Shriya Pilgaonkar) and Bablu while Guddu is fatally injured in the brutal faceoff. On the other side, Munna’s father Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) kills off policemen to maintain his fear among the people. Meanwhile, at the Tripathi house, Kaleen Bhaiya’s father gets to know about the affair between Beena (Rasika Dugal) and Raja, he later asks Beena to punish Raja for his deeds.
Between this violent shootout, Golu, Guddu and Dimpy manage to get out of the place while the ending shows Munna taking his gun back, probably to take revenge for his brother Bablu and Sweety's death. Whereas Beena is also looking for a gun and Ram Sharan Maurya, Special Officer assigned to Mirzapur also staring at death. The ending of Mirzapur also shows Sharad shaving his head off as he is gearing up for revenge for his father's death, who was killed by Guddu.
Well, in the trailer, Mirzapur 2 gets more brutal and dirtier with Guddu in kill-mode along with Golu who has also turned brutal and ready to assassinate the father-son duo. On the other hand, Munna who is the heir to the empire is set to change some old rules while implementing some new rules.
