Suniel Shetty is the latest celeb to join the list of those producing web shows
Web shows continue to be the flavour of the season and it seems that they are chalking themselves out pretty well to entrench a permanent spot in the world of entertainment. After becoming popular abroad, they're now being embraced by India also. Not too long ago, it was reported that Shah Rukh Khan will be co-producing a horror show for Netflix. Then, Priyanka also produced a Marathi film titled Firebrand earlier this year. Next, we also saw Akshay Kumar make his web series debut with an Amazon Prime show titled The End.
The latest to join the web family is Suniel Shetty who is fast making plans to kick off a web show, Sources say that he has spoken to a broadcaster and the modalities are fast being worked out.
Sources also tell us that Shetty has a marvelous story which he wants to put across on not the big screen. The story has several twists and turns and should attract sufficient eyeballs.
It is not yet known if Suniel or his daughter Athiya will be a part of the series in question, A few changes are also being done to tweak the script so that it suits the broadcaster and maker both.
The show's director and cast is yet to be finalised. Ditto for the cast.
