While social media has gone all crazy with the waiting memes and jokes around the new plot, the official social media account of Scared Games 2 are dropping mini episodes, featuring their main characters every day. After Gaitonde aka Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sartaj Singh, the latest mini episode has Kanta Bai featuring in it.
The 2-mintue-37-second long video sees a group of friends talking about killing Gaitonde in Kanta Bai’s restaurant. As soon as she overhears the conversation, she takes the guy on the gun point for his planning to kill the ‘Godman’. Watch the latest promo below:
Talking about the new twisted plot in the 2nd season, Sartaj Singh told Firstpost, “The second season is more twisted. It is more of a thriller now because things are reaching an end, it’s close to climax and everyday is ticking by. We're literally a ticking bomb. A lot of questions are being answered, there is a lot of tension and action. It's got a few daddy issues and psychological issues, use of drugs, kind of being out of physical and mental control.”
Directed by Anurag Kashyap and Neeraj Ghaywan, Sacred Games 2 will premiere on Netflix on 15 Aug. Apart from stars Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles, with Pankaj Tripathi, Kalki Koechlin, Ranvir Shorey, Surveen Chawla, and Shobhita Dhulipala among others.
