Entertainment quotient refuses to dip down with the constant fresh new releases hitting the OTT platform. Just a few days ago, Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2 was announced to be releasing on Disney+ Hotstar, and today came the first look posters and followed by the finally unveiling the release date. The film will be released on August 28, 2020. The makers have unveiled the first look poster of the movie's pivotal characters played by Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt. Also revealing about the trailer to be released tomorrow.
Alia Bhatt taking to her Instagram account shared 4 brand new posters of the film. The first look had three of them walking away together facing their back to the camera. She captioned this poster as, “And here we go SADAK 2 - The road to love is the ONLY road to take Streaming on @DisneyPlusHotstarVIP from 28 August” In this poster while Alia is seen walking with a backpack, Aditya is carrying a guitar whereas Sanjay walks in between them on the roads leading them to the mountains.
Following this she shared Sanjay Dutt’s look from the movie in her Instagram post, he is seen seated, with revenge in his eyes, holding a clay pot in his hand which is usually seen during Hindu funerals. One can also see Pooja Bhatt’s image in a photo frame in the background. Sharing this poster she wrote in the caption, “Teri bandook ki nalli mein mujhe jannat nazar aati hain”
And lastly she shared Aditya Roy Kapur’s cheerful first look poster, all smiling, Alia shared this poster with the caption, “Ishq Kamaal.. Sadak 2 which marks the sequel to 1991 film titled Sadak starring Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt, is helmed by Mahesh Bhatt and also marks the return of Pooja Bhatt on the screens.
