The Family Man 2 Actor Abhay Verma Wants To Take These Things From Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Irrfan Khan, And Paresh Rawal - EXCLUSIVE
Actor Abhay Verma aka Kalyan/Salman from The Family Man Season 2 is riding high on the success of the series starring Manoj Bajpayee and Samantha Akkineni. The 22-year-old actor who portrayed the conflicted character seemingly is been applauded for his portrayal of Kalyan/ Salman, who falls in love with Srikant Tiwari's daughter Dhriti and the boy who helps terrorists achieve their mission.

After giving such an impressionable performance as a grey character quiz him about who does he look up to from the industry Abhay states, "I want to assemble things, I want to take the wittiness from Shahrukh Khan sir, and I want to take the intelligence from Amitabh (Bachchan), Sir, I want to act like Irfan Sir, and I want to get into character like, Paresh Rawal sir, that’s all. See there are a lot of role models in front of us, as far as youth are concerned people can look up to them as many times as you want and the slightest and the biggest of things which they do are to be followed. Whatever Bachan sir does, is a lesson for us and no matter how much we try to learn from him, we still cannot be him. So we have many role models in front of us so why can’t we pick things that we like within them and imbibe them in us and just create ourselves one whole. "

Speaking about all the positive responses coming his way the actor says he doesn't want it to get to his head," My shoulders actually feels heavy with responsibilities. The success has developed and increased my confidence to just go out there and perform, do what I do best and just entertain people. I just want to cross the bar which I raised for myself. So I am taking all this in, in a practical and positive way, I am having a very calm and cool mindset so that it doesn’t get to my head. I have worked hard to just cross the benchmark which I’ve set for myself," says Abhay.

Recently, Abhay took to his Instagram handle to share a video message with everyone as he expressed his gratitude to all for the praise.
