We know you’ve got your calendars marked to 15th August. Not because it’s Independence Day, but because that’s when we get to binge on Sacred Games 2, arguably the most-awaited show of the year. You’ve probably applied for leave to make it a long weekend and cancelled all your plans to revel in what promises to be a great binge. Till then, we bring you a list of shows and films that you should be binging this weekend.

1. Glow Season 3 – Netflix
Netflix original Glow is back for a Season 3 just in time for the weekend! A show about a group of female wrestlers in 1980s has been a fan favourite during the course of the first two seasons and the Season 3 trailer looks great! This time, the girls are in the intoxicating city of Las Vegas. The setting is far more extravagant and glamourous and we can’t wait to see how the girls deal with success, failure and more in sin city!
2. Killing Eve – Hotstar
We weren’t kidding when we say that it really is raining good shows this August. Killing Eve, BBC’s popular show, is out on Hotstar and we highly recommend it! The show which is about a dysfunctional yet utterly fascinating relationship between a cop and a killer, both of whom are complex female characters. Before you know it, you will be lost in Eve Polastri and Villanelle’s world.
3. Barot House – Zee5
Zee5 original film, Barot House, starring Amit Sadh and Manjari Phadnas is a thrill ride from the get-go. Very few whodunits will manage to shock you and Barot House does just that. A story of a happy family that is flung into despair and destruction when a little girl dies, Barot House has incredible performances by the lead cast.
Once you’re done watching these, it might be a good idea to also catch up on Sacred Games Season 1 and Mindhunter Season 1 so that you’re all set for the week ahead!
