Padmavat actress Aditi Rao Hyadri is polishing her martial art skills, and her latest instagram post is the proof of the same. Aditi took to her instagram and shared a video, in which she was seen acing very high kicks while maintaining perfect balance.

While sharing the post Aditi wrote, “Kicking those blues away while trying to not fall flat on my face,”

Let us tell you that Aditi is practiscing the Kalari kicks, which is also known as Kalaripayattu. It is a form of Indian martial art originated from Kerala.

Kalari leg workout involves a lot of strength and flexibility. Some of the basics of the kicks are straight swing (ner kaal), diagonal swing (kon kaal) and circle swing (veethu kaal), followed by straight swing with turns into the advanced level.
