It has been six weeks since the government imposed a nationwide lockdown to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus. Since then, we are confined to our homes, finding new ways everyday to workout and stay fit and healthy. And the other thing which all of us are missing is the restaurant food. Another thing that a lot of people are missing during this lockdown is the restaurant food. To curb that craving, many of us are trying our hands on new delicacies, including our Btown, Rakul Preet and many more bollywood celebs are experimenting in  their kitchen.

Recently the actress has shared a video on the her instagram story in which she spilled the recipe of healthy banana chocolate and oatmeal cookies.
Ingredients all you need:

2 ripe bananas

50gm oatmeal

Muesli (optional)
2 tsp unsweetened cacao

Grated chocolate

Method to prepare:

Preheat the oven at 180 degree temperature.

Take two ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl using a spoon. You can also use a blender to mash the bananas. Now add oatmeal to the mashed bananas and mix them together. To make the cookie more delicious, add little more flavour, Rakul used muesli.

Add two teaspoons of unsweetened cacao to the mixture, You can also add a grated chocolate to the mixture.



To bake, grease a baking tray with butter, make small circles of the dough and flattened them a little before placing them into the tray. Now bake it for about 10-12 minutes.


Rakul in the session mentioned that, if you are not a fan of chocolate, you can add anything you want, dry fruits or nuts. And if you want to make your cookie more healthy and sweeter, you can add honey or maple syrup to the dough.

Just before this, the actress debunked the myths about the rice fattening. She said that rice is the easiest form of carbs to digest instead of what people generally think.
