So, for breakfast, Alia likes to have breakfast plate full of anti-oxidant rich foods and usually seasonal fruits like acai berries, papayas. She usually starts her day with some herbal tea or coffee, without sugar. Followed by a bowl of poha or egg sandwich.
Take frequent meals
Alia's diet plan includes 6-7 small and frequent meals throughout the day. Even if she is busy working on her back to back shoots, she doesnt miss out on her food intake. It is a great way to keep up with your diet plan without going to extremes!
Keep dinners light
Alia's dinner rulebook is simple. There is nothing fancy and simply sticking to the basics. She loves to have Daal-rice and curd-rice for her dinner. They might be simple but both of these rice preparations can help you lose weight.
Focus on post-workout energy providing supplements
A good thing about Alia's diet is that she does not miss out on her food groups. She does a lot of Pilates and cardio so it is crucial for her to keep an eye on her nutrients and vitamins. Along with this she also loves to have supplements like coconut water or lemonade replenishes her real quick and gets her going for the rest of the day.
