Just a months ago, Kalank actress posted an Insta Story with Hollywood celebrity nutritionist Angie Kassabie, thanking her for looking after her diet needs in Sophia, Bulgaria. Kassabie, has worked with everyone from Arnold Schwarzenegger, Britney Spears, Robert De Niro, Eva Longoria to John Travolta, Lady Gaga and Gerard Butler, and she gave us insight into Alia Bhatt's custom diet plan while she's on the job in Bulgaria.

Alia's diet starts with clean food, mainly seafood and vegetables, a little bit of carbs in rice and a bit of protein pasta. Her nutritionist said, "We're having all the fibres in the morning with protein, we're also giving her desserts on a regular basis low in carbs, fats, cholesterol and very low in calorie, whose every peice contains between 160-260 calories." Apart from this, for few days she also follows detox from time to time, where she has juices that are super good in taste and flush out all the toxins from her body.
