Anil Kapoor had the perfect Monday motivation for his fans on the social media. The actor enjoys a active life even at the age of 63 and he doesn't let his age come as hurdle in his way of fitness.
While taking to his instagram account anil focused the importance of strong mind to ensure a healthy living. Sharing the post he wrote,“Some mornings are tougher than others. Some days I would rather hide another hour under the covers. But my work out, my fitness regime will still be waiting when I do roll back the covers. That’s why our mind plays such an important part in any health drive,”
The actor emphasize his message to building a strong immunity. “The long-term solution to fighting microbes like Covid-19 is not complete isolation or endless disinfecting, but building immunity of the body and mind to fight any such external aggravators, because this is not the first or the last one...”
He said that people need to work really hard on their minds and should stay cautioned despite all the hard work.
Anil posted multiple pictures of him and penned a long note of inspiration for his fans. He wrote, “If you think you can, you will. If you think you can't, you won't. Either way, you will prove yourself right. So embrace the mind and start your day by first flexing your will power and your resolve".
His son-in-law Anand Ahuja replied in the comment section saying, “Wowwww. Beautifully said and taught by example (sic.)”
On the filmy front, Anil Kapoor will next seen in Karan Johar's historical drama Takht. He will be playing the role of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. The movie will feature Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in the pivotal roles.
