Thanks to the Coronavirus lockdown, our workout routine has gone for a toss, and how. Well, as if that wasn’t enough, a lot of us have started hogging on some back-to-back scrumptious meals and have ended up becoming couch potatoes because nothing much to do at home, right? However, celebrities are making it a point to keep us motivated by sharing their workout at home videos and routines. Adding onto it, Kourtney Kardashian, in a conversation with Poosh, shared her Jump Rope routine that she’s been doing at home to maintain that perfect figure.
The report reveals how the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is a pro at jump roping. However, the routine that she shared is for the beginners and it involves push-ups, dips and crunches amid jump roping. As shared to Poosh, “4 sets of 5 minutes jumping rope (for Kourt this equals around 500 jumps) between each set, alternate -25 push-ups (you can do these on your knees if you need to), 25 dips and 100 crunches.”
Umm, it sounds tough, but trust us once you get the hang of it, there’s no stopping form attaining some flexibility and a toned body. So, get set go!
In other news, Kourtney recently shared a beautiful message for her daughter Penelope, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick. It read, “Love yourself first, chase your dreams, make mistakes (and learn from them), believe in God’s plan, you are more beautiful than you will ever know, and oh so smart, there is no one else like you in the entire world, you are loved. Things I tell my daughter.”
