Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Alia Bhatt and others always inspire us to be fit but do you know that they even have detox drinks which keep them not only fit but in shape too. Many celebrities swear by these detox drinks.

Shilpa Shetty:  The actress is the best example of fitness. She prefers to drink four drops of noni juice with a glass of warm water. Noni juice, which is popularly known as Indian mulberry, helps to detoxify the body and boost immunity levels.  



 Bhumi Pednekar: She likes to begin her day with a glass of warm water which helps her cleanse the system. Her detox drink includes Cucumber, mint leaves, and lemon.



Sara Ali Khan: The Simba actress starts her day with a drink mixed with turmeric, spinach and hot water. Warm water helps in blood flow while turmeric is good for overall health. Spinach is very good to cleanse our internal system.



 Tapsee Pannu: The actress prefers one litre of warm water which she has with almonds, figs, and walnuts. She also likes green tea and cucumber-celery juice. Many don’t know but these three foods are great detoxifying agents.


Kriti Sanon: The actor swears by lemon or honey mixed in a glass of water every morning. This is a very common drink in the morning and it also helps in reducing weight. While lemon makes for a refreshing agent, honey keeps us warm and healthy.
