Easy Christmas Cookie Recipes: From Choco Chip To Sugar Cookies, It's Time To Bake Your Own Batch This Holiday Season
It is hard to keep the calm as the last festival of this year Christmas is knowing the doors. It is the season to cherish some warmth and enjoy sweet delicacies like cakes, desserts and of course yummy cookies. Watery mouth already? Well, so as ours. 

Don’t worry if you are not able to hop from shop to shop this year for lip-smacking cookies, we have come up with some amazing recipes for you to bake some of them at home. From yummy choco chips to sugar cookies here are two super easy cookies recipes to indulge yourself into baking this Christmas. 



Choco Chip Cookies

To make delicious chocolate chip cookies you need to preheat the oven to 180°C first. Now mix flour, sugar (Brown preferably), pinch of salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Now in a separate bowl beat some butter, sugar, vanilla essence and whisk until it becomes creamy. Now add the butter mixture in the flour concoction and blend them well. Now add chocolate chips or chunks and spread it as cookie shaped round disks. Bake them at 180°C for 10- 15 minutes. When it becomes golden brown, your cookies are ready. 



Sugar Cookies

Christmas is incomplete without sugar cookies. To make it at home you have to preheat the oven to 375°F first. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and keep it aside. Now mix butter into it and let it sit for minimum 1 hour. Noe make a dough and flatten it with your hand. Add some sugar to coat the cookies. Scope the dough into a bowl and roll them into sugar. You must roll it around 1/4 inches of thickness. If you want you can give various shapes to the dough. Now, bake it at 400 F / 200 degree C for abour 15 minutes. When the colour changing happens, turn them to the other side. After taking them out from the oven, let them stay cool.
