Sunny Deol’s son and Pal Pal Dil Ke Pass fame Karan Deol recently in an media interview revealed his fitness secret. Karan deol made his debut with Pal Pal Dil Ke Pass opposite Sahher Bambba last year. 

The movie got a mixed response from the audience positive and negative both. But the chemistry between the two in the movie was loved and appreciated by the audience. 

His father Sunny Deol, who is well known for his action sequences and his very famous saying 'dhai kilo ka hath', launched his son karan late last year. Pal Pal Dil Ke Pass was his first movie so his action scenes were few but loved by all. 


Talking the his movie so the songs from the movie was also famous, its Pal Pal Dil Ke Pas song is very close to the Deol Family. Recently in an media interaction Karan opened up about his fitness regime and revealed his fitness secrets.  

Karan gave a fitness tip and said that the only thing that you should keep doing is exercising, no matter how major or minor that is, What important is doing exercise. 

He further added that no matter how busy are you in your lives and work, you must take out an hour or two for exercising. Exercise will keep your body active and fit. 

He also said that, in morning you should try to drink lukewarm lemon water with honey.
