Milind Soman and his wife Ankita Konwar's intense fitness sessions are hitting their fans and followers with some major fitness goals and serving as a great motivation booster to them who are lacking at their workout amid the novel COVID-19 lockdown.

Recently Antika took to her instagram account and shared a glimpse of her workout session on Friday as she did work out on the terrace at her residence during lockdown.

In a video we can see, Ankita did squats on a yoga mat. Well, that is Ankita's type of Friday Fitness Mantra, in her words. While sharimg the video she captioned it with, "The beginning is always today".

Followers of Ankita were impressed and shared their fitness routines in the comments section of her post. "Morning motivation," a user said. Another fan said, "Always an inspiration to us".

On the other hand, Milind, delighted fans yet again with his workout video on Thursday. 54-year-old actor did 20 clapping push-ups with during his workout session.

Milind shared the video of the same on his instagram account while writing, "Well, the good news is that I can now do 20 clapping pushups apart from the stairclimbing and skipping that I have been doing."


As part of their fitness regime, Milind and Ankita climb stairs for about 40 to 80 minutes daily. Last week, Milind had shared a video where he did push-ups with Ankita on his back.
