Follower of more than 101k on instagram, actor cum model Mugdha Godse is a fitness inspiration for many people. So, the question arises most of the time is, 'what's her diet plan or her fitness mantra?' When the question is asked to the Model Mugdha Godse, she said, she eat right and do proper yoga, that's all.
Recently in a chatting with media, she revealed her fitness regime. 33-year-old starts her day with Ashtanga yoga, followed by cardio exercises, such as walking and running, and swimming in the evening. Not only this Mugdha also fixed some morning rituals, like when she wakes up, she needs a shot of turmeric water, which is brewed with ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, honey and lemon. Turmeric water acts as an immunity booster. After all this she drinks, she drinks three glass warm water.
Fashionista Mugdha usually opts eggs or any Maharashtrian dish for her breakfast. For lunch, she mostly prefers salads. She says that her meal timings are not fixed, it usually depends when she feels hungry.
Mugdha being an eggetarian, prefers to stick with home-made food and follows a detox regimen, including salads and juices, thrice a month.
Mugdha further says she doesn’t believe in fasting and the fad diets that is storming internet every now and then. Even though these diets are good to reach a certain target, Mugdha feels they are just useless and sustainable.
