Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon, who also hosts an online celebrity book club called 'Reese's Book Club', has choosen 'Untamed' by Glennon Doyle this quarantine to read. She took to her instagram to post the picture reading the same, While praising the book, she wrote, "This memoir is so packed with incredible insight about what it means to be a woman today, what did we learn as young girls about how to behave or believe, and why we need to free ourselves from a lot of these ideas that don’t work anymore. (Hot tip: Being “selfless” is not the highest goal a woman can achieve!!) This book spoke to me so loudly and clearly...I swear I highlighted something in EVERY chapter."
Sarah Jessica Parker
The 'Sex and the City' actress Sarah Jessica opted 'The Glass Hotel' by Emily St. John Mandel to read. She shared the picture of the same on her social media handle Instagram. While sharing the picture she wrote, "I'm so excited to read this that I can barely take the steps to begin for the anticipated gloom when @emilystjohnmandel 's much lauded new book will inevitably end. My fellow readers, you know the feeling. Nonetheless my journey inside The Glass House begins." The book explores the themes of money, beauty, morals, crime and ghosts of the past. The bollywood actress-turned-author took to her instagram posing with two classics-- 'The Great Gatsby' by F.Scott Fitzgerald and 'Selected Stories' by Alice Munro. Twinkle Khanna said that she is reading these books to understand their writing style. "Topping the list of nerdy things to do this Sunday-After listening to Bagchi’s workshop on writing last night-I’m taking books by my favourite authors and breaking down their sentences. Bollywood actress also took part in the same and shared that she is re-reading books from her home library during the quarantine period. She took to Instagram holding bestselling author Amish Tripathi's book 'Raavan' and wrote, "Rereading my library. Sorry I'm working! #pickabook #friendsforlife".
