Hrithik Roshan’s Lonavala Holiday Home Is 80 Percent Ready; Luxurious Bungalow To Have Gym, Swimming Pool And More
Hrithik Roshan has built a vacation home in Lonavala which is currently under construction. Reportedly, the holiday home is expected to get ready by the year-end
We have often seen Bollywood stars taking off to different locations to spend some vacation with their loved ones. Be it Kareena Kapoor Khan-Saif Ali Khan or Neha Dupia with family, Bollywood celebs surely know to take some time off their busy schedule and spend tie with their family. Many of the Bollywood celebs have also built their vacation homes in India or in the outskirts of Maharashtra. Like Akshay Kumar has a villa in Goa, Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan own a farmhouse in Karjat and Panvel respectively. Now, the latest actor added to the list is Hrithik Roshan.
The War actor has built a vacation home in Lonavala which is currently under construction. According to the latest report in Mumbai Mirror, Hrithik’s extensive property is expected to be ready by the end of the year. A source close to the actor revealed to Mumbai Mirror, “The idea was not only to build a spacious bungalow, with at least four bedrooms but also amenities like a gym and a swimming pool.” Reportedly, 80 percent of the construction is complete. And the work on the interiors will begin soon after.
The Mirror report suggests before purchasing this property, Roshans were considering either Lonavla or Khandala, but it was Hrithik Roshan who zeroed down on this plot saying as it’s bigger and they can also have organic-farming area in the property.
The source further added, “Rakeshji (Roshan, Hrithik’s filmmaker father) regularly visits the site during weekends to check on the progress. Once in a while, Hrithik also drives down to the property.
