Kareena's diet secrets
Interacting with fans in a live session, Kareena spilled the beans of her fitness secret and also quashed a lot of myths, saying that she cannot do without rice in her diet! The actress, added that both she and her husband, Saif Ali Khan swear by rice and do not skip it!
You must have think that rice is something you have to avoid, when its about loosing weight, but Kareena is here to prove you all wrong. Infact Kareena loves to ditch over Khichdi, khichdi is her comfort food which she likes to eat frequently.
Size zero diet
Talking about her most talked about 'size zero diet', Kareena said, when she needs to ho for a shoot, she only ate the local food there, which included foods like momos and thupkas! This might be the reason behind her zero size figure😉
Add seasonal food!
Kareena stressed on the importance of including nutrient-rich seasonal food in your diet. Locally grown, organic food benefits your body in a lot more ways than you may know and helps you in getting fit. As summers are near, she said that she never misses out on the summer foods like mangoes, dahi chawal, kokum drinks and even nimbu pani, which keeps them hydrated and infused with essential proteins!
Stick to the basics!
Kareena's daily staples at the dining table includes seasonal vegetables and bread made out of ragi and millets. Even when she is out, she likes to stick to the basics and loves to have dal-rice!

In the end, Kareena said that there is no problem in following a healthy, balanced diet should not be boring forever. She encouraged fans to stick to the local home cooked food and feel the difference in their bodies.
