Katrina Kaif Reveals She Creates Her Own Workout Plan
Bollywood sensation Katrina Kaif is among the fittest celebs of bollywood. She is a fitness icon and inspiration to many at the age of 36. She gives a lot of importance to fitness and even creates her own workout plan.

Recently in an media interaction, Katrina revealed her own created workout plan. She said, She gives a lot of importance to hwr fitness and workout seven days a week for at least 1-3 hours. She loves challenges, so she challenge herself for doing anything. Her workout plan is a mix of squats, push ups, lunges.

She also does Pilates and Yoga. Cardio and weight training are some of her best exercise which she focuses more. She further said that "I also indulge in a lot of trendy workout which includes TRX, Bosu Ball, Kettlebells or Powerplates". 


The actress is currently seen in an ad  commercial of Slice in a decade-old partnership which she marks as a "legacy" for her. With much emphasis on fitness, she manages to food intake.  

She said, "I always avoid foods which are rich in gluten, refined sugars and dairy products. I use to drink four glasses of warm water in the morning. She also eats boiled vegetables like brocolli and baby corns and fruits every two hours.


She has managed her food scheduled as, Cereals and Oatmeal for breakfast, grilled fish, legumes, green salads for lunch. Bread with peanut butter for evening snack and soup, fish, salads for dinner. 

Katrina loves to keep herself hydrated all the time, so she drinks juices and water time to time.  

Talking about her work front, Katrina will be soon seen in Rohit Shetty -directed Sooryavanshi releasing this March.
