Adele – Postpartum Depression

"Hello" singer Adele opened up about her battle with postpartum depression after the birth of her son.

Postpartum depression is major mental illness which directly affects the brain and changes the behaviour of the new mom.


Demi Lovato – Bipolar Disorder

Demi Lovato recently opened up about her battle with bipolar disorder which she was suffering since 2011. She said that her bipolar disorder made her suffer from depression, addiction and eating disorders. She fought with it beautifully and continued to inspire and encourage people suffering from mental illness.



Lady Gaga – PTSD

Despite immense success, Lady Gaga a famous pop singer suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD, since the age of 19, when she was sexually assaulted. Lady gaga says that she owes her recovery to the doctors and her loved ones  who helped her to fight with the disorder.


Ryan Reynolds - Anxiety

The "Deadpool" actor opened up about his fight with anxiety to Variety in year 2017. Despite the confidence he shows on screen, Reynolds described how he used to wake up at mid night paralyzed with the fear over his future.


Leonardo DiCaprio – OCD

Another actor who suffered from OCD is Leonardo DiCaprio. "The Revenant" and "Titanic" actor opened up about his struggle with OCD, which he suffered during his adult life and he admitted that he has to force himself not to step on chewing gum stain while walking through a doorway several times.
