And for getting ultimate look like Kapil Paaji, he needs to change his diet. Apart from gym and traning, Ranveer also has been maintaining a strict diet in order to get the look and body of Kapil Dev.
Making the transformation
The actor, who is a powerhouse of energy, is known to go out of his comfort zone to outdo his performance. For his upcoming latest '83' he has switched to a super strict diet plan. Ranveer's nutritionist, Anmol Singhal revealed the diet of the actor, which helped the star with the extreme transformation.
What Ranveer eats
Ranveer’s chef nutritionist keep an eye on his diet, he said, “Instead of 3 big meals, Ranveer's meals were split in multiple small meals that he had in regular intervals. He snacked healthy, his evening snacks is usually comprised of nuts and fruits. He also kept his dinner low in carbs.”
A high protein diet
Ranveer loves Indian cuisine, so his diet has a mix of everything. Along with that he has been put on a protein-heavy diet.
What about the sweet tooth?
Ranveer Singh is a big fan of dessert and there is no denying that, his current diet ensures that he makes some healthy swaps for the dessert.
He has been served with a healthy variant of chocolate spread (Nutella, which is the actor’s favorite). It's an avocado mousse, made of 90 percent dark chocolate chips and avocados.
