She is eating healthy and works out daily to stay fit. The actress has been sharing the glimpses of her workout and meals with fans on her instagram and also urging fans to eat healthy and stay fit during this testing time.
Rakul Preet recently took to her instagram to share a story in which she revealed that she does 108 surya namaskar in the morning. Rakul on video call session with her yoga trainer dis the Surya Namaskars.
She shared the story writing,"108 Suryas with Anshuka."
A day earlier, the actress debunked the myths about the rice fattening. She said that rice is the easiest form of carbs to digest instead of what people generally think.
While sharing the post she wrote, "Plate full of happiness many of us think that rice is fattening! NO, it isn't. On the contrary, it's the easiest form of carbs to digest for the body. It heals the gut which in turn helps in better absorption of nutrients. Most importantly it’s basic food and easily available even during the lockdown. So eat simple, nutritious and balanced meals and improve your immunity."
