In the video, the celebrity nutritionist shares her head start project which helps an individual in staying healthy during and after the lockdown. Sharing her tips on how to workout and maintain a healthy lifestyle, Rujuta Diwekar explains the important things required to stay fit and healthy while in quarantine.
In the post, the nutritionist shared a video explaining how there are three things one needs to include in their daily diet. Rujuta shares that one must include the items, Ghee, fresh fruit, chutney or pickle in one’s daily diet to maintain a healthy body. As the nutritionist explains what one must include in their daily diet, Rujuta also shared that one can also include ingredients like coconut, sesame seeds, and peanuts other than Ghee, Fresh fruit, homemade chutney or homemade pickle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sharing her important diet tip, the nutritionist also performs some exercises one must practise doing while at home during the lockdown to stay fit.
Meanwhile, in the video, Rujuta Diwekar mentioned that one must make sure he/she seeks lightness, health, happiness, harmony in the lifestyle and can seek it at any size or shape one’s body is at.
