Recently, actor Dino Morea took to his social media to respond to the queries on how basic body workouts like squats and lunges don’t require as much space and can be done anywhere and by anyone at home.

And the Bollywood actress Amy Jackson is demonstrating exactly the same. She showed  how one can perform intense exercises using a staircase at home.

While climbing stairs is a great workout to tone and strengthen the legs, a set of workouts performed on the Stairs is added bonus. All you need is some fitness motivation.

Here is how Amy is keeping fit during the lockdown.

*stair sprints
*squat and step
*stair taps (1 min)
*burpees (20)
*step and side squat
*triceps dips (20)
*frog leap to push up

She repeated each set of exercise three times. And that makes for a good workout plan.

Few days back bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh has also shared her part of workout from where she was seen using a combination of broad jumps from point A to B and while coming back she is combining the broad jumps with push-ups.

With their videos, it is evident that they are focused on shaping up their legs and their thighs amid this lockdown. Both Amyband Rakul preet are sweating it out no matter what the obstacles are.
