The Deshmukhs are already happy that Arundhati moved in at Gauri's place and Avinash's problem gets solved. Soon their happiness gets amplified, as Yash tells them that his short film has been nominated for the International Film Festival in London. 

Everyone congratulates him for his achievement. As Sanjana tries to spoil the moment, Yash shuts her up. Further, Gauri gets mad at Yash because he didn't tell her everything first. But later, Yash explains everything to her with his sweet-talking ability.

Now, in today's Aai Kuthe Kaay Karte episode, Yash and Gauri share a sweet moment, as they hug each other. While they are unaware of their surroundings, Abhishek and Anagha appear in the room and teasing the couple Abhi and Anagha also hug them. Yash and Gauri get shocked to see them. Abhi then gets emotional, seeing his brother's achievements, and congratulates him in a heartfelt way. Later, all the women from society gather at the Samridhi mansion and wait for Kanchan Aai to get ready. After making everyone wait for a while, Kanchan Aai comes out in beautiful traditional wear. Seeing her Appa praises her in front of everyone and as Yash and Appa start teasing her, Aai gets shy. Filled with a happy atmosphere, the Deshmukh's start celebrating Bhondla, a cultural ceremony of Navratri. Everyone enjoys the Bhondla, while Sanjana gets annoyed with it and returns to her room after watching it for a while. After the celebration gets finished, the women of the Deshmukh family start wrapping things up. While doing that Arundhati, Anagha, Isha, Gauri, and Vishakha talk about the Bhondla culture and how Kanchan Aai has celebrated it over the years without fail. While talking about Aai and Appa spending their whole life in Samridhi Mansion, Arundhati gets emotional. Hearing her, Isha gets angry at Sanjana as she didn't help or participate in any of the family events. While Arundhati tries to calm Isha down, Yash appears and changes the mood in the living room.

Returning home Yash says that he wants to help everyone wrap things up quickly. But realizing his true intentions, Anagha and Isha starts teasing him, as they realize that he's come for Gauri, in reality. As Isha asks Yash to take the mattress to the upper floor, Yash asks Gauri to come along, falling more for their teasing session. After a while, Abhi also comes into the living room. Seeing everyone staring at him, Abhi asks everyone if they want any help. Isha then asks Abhi to take the mattress to the upper floor and Abhi asks Anagha to come along. As he says that Yash starts teasing Anagha as revenge, while she stays quiet. Isha also teases Abhi, but he tells everyone that he just came to take Anagha home. Arundhati then asks Anagha and Gauri to go home as it's very late. Abhi and Yash then drop Anagha and Gauri at their home, leaving the work to Isha who is left alone.

Meanwhile, Sanjana talks to Aniruddha about Arundhati coming to live near Aai and Appa. Sanjana feels glad that Arundhati is there so that her responsibility is reduced. As Sanjana seems to be getting jealous of Arundhati, Aniruddha asks her not to interfere in Arundhati's relation with Aai and Appa. Further, Sanjana mischievously warns Aniruddha not to get closer to Arundhati. After that Aniruddha leaves the room to get water and while going to the kitchen Aniruddha appears in front of Arundhati who's praying for Avinash. While talking with Aniruddha, Arundhati makes it clear that she's there to take care of Aai and Appa and she has no intention to interfere in Sanjana and Aniruddha's personal life.
