Arundhati proposes Yash’s engagement with Gauri and everyone agrees with her. Knowing the fact that Arundhati won’t be with them for long, everyone starts preparing for Yash and Gauri’s engagement. The Deshmukh family again looks filled with happiness and joy. The family also gets complete on the day of engagement, as Aniruddha’s younger brother Avinash returns home after 15 years. Everyone seems to be in a great mood, as they are preparing for the young couple’s engagement.
Further, in tomorrow’s Aai Kuthe Kaay Karte episode, the happiness of the Deshmukh family gets spoiled, as the thing Arundhati feared the most, happens at the engagement. Even though Kanchan has agreed to Yash’s marriage with Gauri, she doesn’t know the full truth about her. The fact that Gauri can’t become a mother is only known to Yash, Arundhati, and Appa. Feeling guilty that she’s hiding an important fact from Kanchan, Gauri asks Yash if she should tell her everything. But stopping her, Yash tells her that things will get worst if Kanchan gets to know that.
Also, while talking with Kanchan, Gauri’s mother had accidentally revealed it before, but Arundhati covered it up. After that when Appa, Arundhati, and Yash had a talk, Arundhati told Appa that they shouldn’t hide this from Kanchan. But Appa advised her not to tell her anything as it would turn things into a bad way. And if she doesn’t know this, no one will get harmed. Thus, everyone is hiding Gauri’s secret from Kanchan.
But at the engagement, before completing the ceremony, Gauri says she wants to talk with Kanchan. And shocking everyone, Gauri reveals to Kanchan that she can’t become a mother. While everyone is stunned, Kanchan gets shocked and furious. Stopping the engagement, Kanchan starts lashing out about Gauri not being able to extend the lineage of the Deshmukh family. And when Yash tries to tell her what’s the problem in that, Kanchan shuts him up.
