Aai and Appa directly reject Aniruddha’s proposal, saying that they don’t want to sell this house at least till they are alive. Aniruddha apologies to Appa for bringing out the topic. Meanwhile, Abhi and Anagha meet at the park, where Abhi shows Anagha the photographs he received. Suspecting that it’s the work of her ex-husband, Anagha says that he must be trying to trouble her. As Anagha further says that she felt like someone is following her, Abhi says that should file a police complaint. But Anagha asks him to wait till they get proof.  

Further, Sanjana visits Gauri’s place to borrow coffee and hears everything while Yash tells Gauri about the mortgage. Later, she calls Arundhati and asks her to come home immediately and gathers everyone in the living room, while Avinash is leaving the house. As Aniruddha asks her not to cause a scene, Sanjana tells him that she won’t be doing anything, she’s just here to discuss something. As Arundhati arrives, Sanjana starts speaking mysteriously, which gets Yash, Appa, and Arundhati worried. As soon as she brings out the topic of selling the house, Kanchan Aai gets upset with her. But Sanjana says that they couldn’t sell the house even if they wanted to, as Arundhati has already mortgaged the house.

Further, in tomorrow’s Aai Kuthe Kaay Karte episode, after Sanjana’s shocking reveal, everyone gets shocked and refuses to believe that it’s true. Hearing that Sanjana and Aniruddha lash out at Arundhati, as she stands speechless. Aniruddha says that Arundhati is not so innocent as she seems. As Aniruddha and Sanjana keep blaming her, Aai asks Arundhati to say something about it.

Arundhati then reveals that what Sanjana said is true and she has mortgaged the house. Everyone along with Avinash gets shocked to hear that.
