The serial also starred a heavy cast like Sanjay Mone, Suhita Thatte, Sumukhi Pendse, and Amita Khopkar. The show follows a love story between Abhijeet and Mrunal who were famous for their appearance in Zee Marathi’s ‘Maharatshtracha Superstar’. This show explored the lives and hardships after falling in love.
Maziya Priyala Preet Kalena had become popular for the actors’ chemistry and the unconditional love they had for each other. The show also portrayed the story of two sisters Isha and Shamika who were taken away by their mother to New York after the demise of their father. The first episode of Maziya Priyala Preet Kalena aired on June 14, 2010, and went off the air on January 13, 2011. Mrunal currently stars in He Mann Baware and Abhijeet is the face of popular show Majhya Navryachi Bayko.
