The comedy, romantic, action and drama hero, who is also a great anti-hero will now become a thief. Recently Jitendra aka ‘Jitu dada’ was seen in movies like 'Welcome Home’, ‘Mauli’ and ‘Ventilator’.
Yes, Jitu dada is back in action after showing his toned abs in his last film ‘Baji’. From the role of Katekar in ‘Sacred Games 2’ to his latest Netflix film ‘Betaal’, Jitendra Joshi has proved he is the best in the industry when it comes to a convincing portrayal of any multi-faceted character.
With anti-hero hits like 'Baji', 'Duniyadari', and 'Mauli', Jitendra Joshi is now to all set to make another comeback on the silver screen with his out-of-the-box role in upcoming Marathi film, 'Choricha Mamla'. The film portrays him as a thief, but how does he become one is still a secret! Recently, Joshi released a character poster from the film that shows a symbolic caricature of himself.
The film is helmed by actor-director, Priyadarshan Jadhav and Amruta Khanvilkar is in the lead role. Production house Swaroop Studios in association with Everest Entertainment will present the film. The year 2020 will be seeing a lot of most awaited film releases, and ‘Choricha Mamla’ will be one of these. The film is slated to release on 31st January 2020.
